Carriage
- Reformer exercises can be done lying down, sitting, kneeling or standing on the carriage
- The carriage is moved by pushing off from the foot bar or by pulling the ropes attached to the far end
- Resistance is created by the springs and your body weight on the carriage
- Padded for comfort, the carriage is durable and easy to clean
- A carriage stopper is included to adjust for 6 unique settings

Enhanced spring package
- The spring resistance you add to the carriage challenges strength and stamina
- Color-coded for your benefit, quickly and safely adjust the number of springs attached to the Gearbar to create different levels of resistance depending on your strength and target area
- Its 5 pieces of springs are built to withstand vigorous use and include neoprene sleeves to reduce sound and provide a smoother spring extension

Traditional Gearbar
- The Gearbar allows you to add or remove springs for various tensions of the carriage
- The Traditional Gearbar also features 3 adjustable positions to adjust tension further
- 5 concave slots make spring loading and unloading between exercises easy

Traditional rope system
- The ropes and straps connect the carriage to pulleys at the top end of the reformer and are used to pull or push the carriage against the resistance provided by your own body weight and the springs
- Comfort straps can be used for hands, legs or feet depending on the exercise
- Quick adjusting and very robust, the ropes are locked down using a star knob to adjust the length

Fixed shoulder rest and adjustable headrest
- Fixed for stability and proper alignment across three headrest positions, the shoulder rests keep you stable on the Reformer as you push or pull the carriage. Often your shoulders are against the blocks to ensure alignment, but there are also exercises that use the shoulder blocks as props for the feet, knees or hands
- The adjustable headrest ensures proper head and neck support and is padded for comfort

Comfort footbar
- Ideal for leg and arm work, the footbar offers a surface from which you push off from to move the carriage against the resistance of the springs and your body weight
- Features 4 adjustable settings, plus one extra that moves the Footbar below the platform, and out of the way. Covered with a soft grip that’s easy on hands and feet

Wooden standing platform
- Provides a sturdy, continuous surface for standing or sitting during a variety of exercises
- This solid wood platform with non-skid surface for added safety
